We quality-assure everything 
down to the smallest nut and bolt

Our entire quality system is based on international norms. We are certified according to ISO 9001 and GS-TÜV, which means that we have quality-assured our entire operation. And in order to continue to maintain a uniform high quality level we carry out continuous checks and inspections. For instance, we check for wear, load and durability in technical laboratories. There are quality-control checks for each and every stage of the production process.

In addition, we carry out collision tests at the Volvo Cars Safety Centre, the world’s most modern safety research facility. A racking system with tools and equipment can have an accumulated weight of ten tonnes in a frontal impact at 50 km/h. It is therefore vital that the racking system is designed to provide the highest possible safety and that it is correctly installed.

Of course it pays to take the long-term view. With a modular racking system from us, you get a solution for the future: new products are always compatible with older items. So it’s simplicity itself to update and supplement your van’s interior as your needs change.
