Modul-System – the racking system that lays the foundation

In most cases you should start by taking a closer look at our base system. Modul-System has all the benefits of a modular racking system but is also based on a design that permits complete flexibility and customisation, despite the use of standard modules. Our products are made from high-strength steel and aluminium to ensure superb wear-resistance and durability. The choice of materials combined with the unique, patented construction of the system framework creates a racking system that is extremely light (30 % lighter than a conventional steel racking system), as well as being rugged and safe. This also means that you can load more in the vehicle without exceeding the gross laden weight, and save fuel since your vehicle is lighter.

Accessories that add 
the professional touch

Accessories complete your racking system and give you a helping hand. We have a wide selection of products that make your job a little easier and safer. Our unique Modul accessories also offer you a string of smart solutions that let you take full advantage of the ingenious design of the racking system. They include lashing eyelets that can be positioned anywhere in the racking system and fixed directly to the T-track without the need for any additional cargo track. Then there is the versatile Modul lock that can be moved from module to module as you require. Whether you are looking for a tool holder, racking system accessory or fire extinguisher, we probably have just what you need.

Compact Series shelf system increases storage capacity by 33 per cent

Our Compact Series shelf system for service vehicles increases storage capacity by a full 33 per cent compared with a conventional racking system. The system is constructed in high-strength steel and can accommodate four shelves in the space normally used by three. Each shelf has pull-out boxes with transparent windows that further increase the storage volume by around 100 per cent.

Modul-Cogo – the right choice for the smaller van

A range of base products selected to suit the most common needs. That’s why it’s a little easier to buy Modul-Cogo, which is primarily suited for you if you have a small van where the racking system does not need to be particularly comprehensive. These products are made of high-tensile steel, light in weight but able to withstand tough conditions.

Extendable Units

A unit with pull-out drawer sections. The drawers can take loads of up to 70 kilos, so you can use them for just about everything you need for a job, from files to heavy tools. By fitting inserts you can also divide the drawers into several compartments to make organisation easier. Safety catches prevent the drawers from sliding closed when the vehicle is on a gradient. Extendable Units can be combined with all other products in our range.

Floor, wall and ceiling lining and partitions

Partitions and lining for the floor, walls and ceiling are important components of your service vehicle. Not just because they give your vehicle a more professional look, but because they contribute to a safer installation.

Modul-System offers wall lining and a choice of two high-quality plywood floor linings in 9 mm or 12 mm plywood. The colour helps to create a light and attractive working environment and all materials are easy to wipe clean. Both types of flooring have a non-slip surface finish and can be cut to size for all currently available vans.

SAPI 
(Safety Approved Profile Installation)

12 mm plywood flooring can be fitted using our SAPI (Safety Approved Profile Installation) method, which makes it possible to install racking systems without drilling holes in the vehicle body. SAPI eliminates corrosion at mounting points and possible loss of value to your vehicle. This installation method is also particularly suitable for vehicles with LPG fuel tanks.

Lighting

Lighting for working indoors or outdoors – for your safety and for 
a more enjoyable working environment. We offer interior lighting for permanent installation on the ceiling or wall, or adjustable mounting. For exterior lighting we offer everything from work lighting for servicing, to reversing lights and warning lights for mounting on the vehicle roof.

Cargo restraint system 
– when you need more space

Modul-System’s range of products for carrying and securing loads on the roof is designed for maximum flexibility. The foundation of the system is our roof rack bars, which are packaged so that you can easily select the right version for your particular vehicle. A wealth of accessories, all of which fit our roof bars, can then be chosen to give the combination that fits your needs perfectly. Load rollers for convenient loading and storage tube brackets are just a few examples.
