General questions

1. Do you offer solutions for all commercial vehicles?

Yes! We offer a totally modular solution. If you don’t see your vehicle listed, please contact us for further help.

2. Is there a physical shop? / Do you have a shop on your premises?

We don’t operate a retail shop, however we do have a demonstration area showcasing a selection of our products (appointment only).

3. How do I stay updated on the latest news?

Stay informed by subscribing to our newsletter. You can find the registration form in the footer at the bottom of our website.

4. How do you approach sustainability and environmental responsibility?

Sustainability is an integral part of our operations and production. We continuously work to optimize our processes to minimize our environmental footprint. You can read more about our goals and initiatives on our sustainability page.

Products & Installation

1. Where can I find product information?

Simply select the "Product" tab to access our entire range of product options. A vehicle make / model section is also located on this page to assist you for your specific vehicles. Looking for an e-Brochure instead? No problem! These can be found within "Downloads" under the "About us" tab.

2. Is it possible to assemble parts and components ourselves?

Self-assembly is perfectly possible; however, to ensure the highest quality and safety, we recommend that the installation is carried out by an experienced vehicle converter. Find your nearest Modul-System Service Center here.

3. Can I reuse the kit or parts and components and mount it on another vehicle model or brand?

Yes. Modul-System have always taken pride on our product durability and versatility. Kits and / or parts can be relocated should you require to do that.

4. Is it possible to change the color of the components?

We do not currently offer custom color options, as we have chosen to standardize our range to ensure the highest quality and quick deliveries.

5. Can I configure Vehicle Racking online?

To streamline your choice, we offer a carefully selected range of our most popular racking kits, optimized for specific vehicle models. All kits can be adapted to your unique requirements – please contact us and we will help you tailor a solution that fits your specific business needs.

Orders & Purchasing

1. Is it possible to place an order directly on the site?

By using our ”Request a quotation” function, you are able to create a shopping cart of goods. Continue by completing the contact information at the end of this section and a member of our team will be in touch promptly with the costs for your request.

2. I am a private individual / sole trader, is it possible to place an order?

Yes! We pride ourselves on providing a service for anybody that requires it.

3. Is it possible to order spare parts?

Yes. Simply contact us and tell us what you need!

4. What means of payment do you accept?

Bank transfer and all major credit cards are accepted.

5. Do you have a price list?

We don't maintain a fixed price list due to our vast inventory and the shifting costs of raw materials. Instead, we prefer to provide up-to-date, individual quotes to ensure you're getting the best current value. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

6. Is it possible to come and collect the goods?

Yes, absolutely! We will advise you of the required collection date in advance, although please be mindful the majority goods are prepared on pallets and loaded by forklift truck, so please ensure you can facilitate this.

1. How do I contact customer service?

2. Can I visit your facilities?

Yes, we have an established and extensive network of Service Centers worldwide. Find your nearest Modul-System Service Center here. If you cannot find a Service Center in your area, please contact us and we will assist you.

Warranty

1. Are the fittings or parts guaranteed?

Yes. We offer a three-year guarantee on almost our entire range, with the exception of certain electrical products, such as inverters, which come with a two-year guarantee.

2. Where may I find the Warranty terms & conditions?

These are available on request.
