Modul-Connect launches CarPlay support

Modul-System is proud to announce that our in-house developed app, Modul-Connect, now supports CarPlay. Together with the already available support for Android Auto, this ensures a seamless in-vehicle experience across both major platforms, giving drivers safe and quick access to Modul-Connect features directly from their infotainment system.

With this new integration, users can control and monitor their Modul-Connect system directly from the vehicle’s display. The app remains on the user’s smartphone but is mirrored onto the dashboard screen. This setup enables real-time interaction without handling the phone, providing greater safety, convenience, and efficiency on the road.

Modul-Connect is designed and produced entirely by Modul-System to give companies full control and oversight of their vehicles and equipment. Users can, for example, monitor vehicle weight, control lighting, and manage electrical equipment, all directly from the vehicle’s display. This creates a safer, more intuitive working environment for the user.

About Modul-Connect


Modul-Connect was introduced by Modul-System in 2017 as a basic system enabling users to control vehicle lighting. Since then, the system has been continuously developed and now supports more than ten features, including a weighing system, tool tracker, security system, and a driving journal, which is included as a standard feature from the start.

Modul-Connect operates as both a mobile application and a web-based portal. The mobile app, that now also can be mirrored to the vehicle screen, allows users to monitor and control electrical equipment installed in the vehicle. The web portal provides fleet managers and users with access to historical records from applications and tool maintenance services. The portal also includes a map that displays the location and status of each vehicle in the fleet.

Through continuous innovation, Modul-System keeps developing new functions in Modul-Connect to increase efficiency, safety, and user-friendliness.
